The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet. beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious.

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. The Riad was very clean throughout and the location was excellent - around a nice 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna and also very close to a number of other tourist sites.
The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and as a surprise, the staff at the Riad surprised my wife with a cake & flowers on the rooftop along with decorating our room really nicely with rose petals scattered on our bed saying "Happy Birt

The staff at the hotel are really wonderful and accommodating. We had an
early flight, so we had to leave the riad at 6:30. The staff went out of

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a party of 17 adults, and they catered for all of our needs. Arranged transport to the airport, provided local advice, and generally there to help. Very relaxing stay with good clean facilities.

Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). Tho I have had been in

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like
a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in
terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living
in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two
weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied
as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants.
The quality of both is exceptional.

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
