  new hotel was excellent and workers are ready to help. price was very good and excess my expectation. especially the manager was very nice and always smile and he responded very fast. - Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful decor in rooms. Food was voluminous and waiter played delightful music after the meal.

  Great hotel, beautiful pool, very green. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is beyond the expectation. A lot of choices and everything is delicious. I couldn't stop eating:-) - Improved food in comparison with our stay 2 yrs ago. Nice hotel facilities.

  Great facilities, lovely pool, billiard and cinema, great outdoor area and above all wonderful host francoise and Michel, who were helpful and made it all very easy for us. Cloth washing , printing boarding passes and a bottle of wine.. With final bill so many things were complimentary, Merci ... Merci... We had travelled a substantial time through Morocco and wanted to splash - One of the best hotels on our 20 day trip in Morroco. I mostly enjoyed the creativiness (hope that word exists) of the design of the construction. I believed it was an abandoned Kasbah reconstructed. The room is very smart and cozy. Totally worth it.

  We were looking for a comfortable place in the roses valley and read the reviews on Kasbah Chems, particularly on the fact that guided hiking could be organize from it. Since we arrived, the service was excellent. We loved our dinner and Said made us feel like at home. The 5 hours tour for the valley was beautiful. DO NOT THINK TWICE!!! GO AHEAD! - Nice hotel, right on the beach. I was there surfing so was good location as 5 min drive from Killers, and about 20 from Tamri. Room was massive and nice balcony.   We stopped in Taroudant en route to Essaoiura from the desert. As it happened, it was our one cloudy day in two weeks but despite the dank weather we ventured into the Medina city. It's only small, unlike sprawling Marrakech and provides a better reflection of ordinary Moroccan life. The city itself wasn't too special but the Riad was lovely and i... vad folk säger » f it hadn't been cloudy we would have used the pool. The room was clean, spacious, very comfortable and cool. The receptionist was very welcoming and - A wonderful Riad with most beautifully and individually decorated and very clean rooms. Based on the very good description and fotos sent by the Riad after booking, it was very easy to find the Riad. All the staff, especially Ben, are very friendly and kind, so we enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids loved the wonderful little pool (which they could use even late at night). We would recommend this Riad to everybody.
