I was not disappointed in the least as he lived up to the online accolades. We were there for four days and ate at the riad on three occasions, each time beating the next for innovation and taste. It was sad to leave as we met some amazing and open people and together there was laughter and learning about each other without feeling as if people were intruding

  We loved our stay in Riad Houdou because of the beauty of the place, and the kindness and attention of Eric and Didier, the hotel proprietors, and all the lovely staff. I went with my two elderly aunts and we had a fantastic time. They made every effort to ensure that the place was comfortable and beautiful while respecting the Moroccan style and ... vad folk säger » culture. They wanted to make us feel at home as their guests, but did not overwhelm us with attention and respected our space. Their kind / friendly r - From the start, we were made to feel very welcome. Even before we reached the hotel, the owners had worked out that our plane had been delayed (diverted to Agadir because of a sandstorm) and adjusted the evening meal for us. The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, with a quiet courtyard and plunge pool for reflection and reading during the heat of the day. Flowers in all the rooms really did add something extra. And the turtles were a star attraction - role models for contemplation. Break

  I first stayed at Riad Chergui in July 2011 on a side trip from some business. I am happy to say that my stay this July, two years later, was just as great. Even better really. I brought my 18-year old son and his reaction was just as mine was in 2011, the Riad is jaw-dropping beautiful. It is well-located and the perfe - Excellent location - an easy walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the hubub of the Medina Emmanuelle and all her staff were wonderful and made sure we were well looked after. We got practical advice on where to go, what to go and, importantly, how to haggle. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in local style. The meal we had at the Riad on the night of our arrival actually turned out to be one of the best meals we had in our whole 5-day stay - really good

  I loved that the riad was nicely recovered, tastefully aranged, the staff was always ready to help and always with a smile. It felt quiet and relaxing after a very busy and dinamic city to get to the hotel and completely disconect and altough it's just steps away from city centre inside it's a totally different world. It is within walking distance from souks, palaces, djemaa-el - The Riad was very beautiful,the owner Lauren was a super host ,a gentelman, very friendly, caring and helped me to relax as i was a lone traveller. My room was luxourious, very comfortable, spotless clean and had the most comfortable bed i have ever lsept in (outside of my home) The other staff were attentive, and served me with a hearty breakfast each morning, they work hard to keep the place looking its best and i would most definetaly go back there again
