Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

  Prime location: all centrally-located attractions easily reachable on foot, while the riad itself is in a peaceful and authentic-feeling part of the medina. They really improved our stay in Morocco and meant we didn't - An amazing Riad!! The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

  Very central location, just a few minutes walk from the main square. Beautifully decorated, and very modern. Lovely roof top garden, with really comfy beds. This place is like a little oasis, and I would highly recommend it. Staff were lovely, and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. - The kindness, it was really clear en nice decorated.   I absolutely loved staying at the Doceur Mandarine. The rooms were particulary good. I stayed in the DZIRA room. Loved having dinners and breakfasts on the roof terrace. This place i cant recommend highly enough to other travellers. It is located in the medina but it was so quiet at night and even during the day.   Owner organised for us to be picked up and dropped back from the airport, which helped us relax straight away. The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and we looked forward to it every morning. We had the room facing the outside, which allowed for cross ventilation in May (also there was air conditioning that worked well). Dar Najat was one of the most comfortable riads we stayed in during our 14 days in Morocco

  This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes. Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality. He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco. This makes the place one of the best for staying inside the medina from Marrakech. - Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.

  Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). All in all nice place, well decorated with good staff - Good value for money! - The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend Riad Vendome

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely, clean room and great sitting on the terrace. Make sure you have a meal there. My husband and I had romantic meal for two, just us in their small dinning room. It was by far the best food we had in Morocco (although we couldn't finish it all- I was about to pop!) Yes it's down a alleyway, but all Riad's are, and we felt perfectly safe as it's well lit at night. - Located at the end of a quiet passage this is a quiet traffic free location. We were welcomed by Abdul with mint tea. The turquoise room was spacious with a large ensuite, the beds were very clean and comfortable. In the morning a delicious breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Our room was cleaned and beds made each day. We had a very pleasant stay here. The local shops were interesting, the souks are 10 mins walk and the main square is 15 mins walk.
