  This riad is a little gem. It has only been open for 2.5 years and everything inside is brand new and of amazing taste. Laurence is a wonderful hostess. She does it with the heart and as a guest, you will feel incredibly looked after. She works so hard in the riad, taking care of every little detail. The riad also has a great terrace and a brand new glass roof which makes it probably the only riad in Marrakech to have - Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a moroccon style with a big bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace. I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area.   The owners of the Riad are what made our trip to Morocco so memorable. There was a taxi to greet us at the airport and drive us to the Riad. The owner met us in the parking lot and escorted us through the chaos of the streets to the Riad. He gave us a tour of the square which was quite overwhelming at first and - Friendly Riad owners, helpful and interested in guests well-being. We received a warm welcome and service throughout was personal, pleasant, helpful and reassuring. Nice breakfasts were served on the sun terrace - a great start to each day.. The room was attractively decorated and furnished, traditional and authentic, clean and comfortable. It is the most amazing place, not just the beautiful surroundings but the friendly owner (Patrick) and staff that make your stay a memorable one, they go out of there way to make everything perfect, I could not fault a thing! The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. There is staff at hand at all times. The manager is able to arrange daytrips, spa or any other touristy activities. Excellent service and experience throughout

It felt quiet and relaxing after a very busy and dinamic city to get to the hotel and completely disconect and altough it's just steps away from city centre inside it's a totally different world.   Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.
