  well everything really, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or courteous. The hotel was fabuluous and very well situated. - The staff are very kind and helpful.the spa (hammam massage, gommage) isexcellent! Much better than the spa of other 5 star hotel in morrocco.

  For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD!   No need to look further: just book this riad! I looked for days to find a riad, there where thousands of them, but very pleased with my final choice! We had an amazing stay in this Riad last week.   Very central location, just a few minutes walk from the main square. Beautifully decorated, and very modern. Lovely roof top garden, with really comfy beds.   Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend. Room was fab, we stayed in the African suite. We had dinner there the first night chilled with wine on the roof terrace which was amazing. We then had a hamman the following morning. It's in the old town about a 15/20 min walk down the back streets to the main el fina. An - Everyone was so welcoming and eager to please. From the moment we walked in we were spoilt. The Riad was beautiful and kept in immaculate condition, and we enjoyed the roof terrace, pool area and games room as well as the spa facilities. I can't recommend this Riad enough. We never wanted to leave!

  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team.
