  The location was excellent, so close to everything! The whole property is good value for money, with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Even though there was a language barrier with the staff (they didnt speak English and we didnt speak French) they were still very friendly and made us feel welcome.   Annabel and Pierre have a lovely spot at Casa Lalla. Annabel was wonderful in answering all of our questions beforehand. They arranged for 2 shuttles to the Riad, since we were arriving separately from two different countries. The Riad is beautiful and since it was off season we had much of it to ourselves quite often. The open terrace was lovely and secluded; perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and offered to arrange tours etc for us. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

  The riad was centrally located only 5 moinuted from the main square. aLthough difficult to find in the beginning the owners were really helpful in coming to find us and show us the way! The riad was very comfortable with a great roof terrace where we could relax and a great breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. We also miss the authentic and very good breakfast! - I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

It truly is luxurious, beautiful and has so much attention to detail such as personalized robes and towels, fresh flowers and carefully laid petals, which make the stay unforgettable. I can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile.
