The owners of the Riad are what made our trip to Morocco so memorable. There was a taxi to greet us at the airport and drive us to the Riad. We recently stayed at Riad Vanilla Sma for a couple of days. It turned out to be the most fantastic experience. We found this Riad totally amazing! Everything from the wonderful host, the amazing staff, great and professional service, beautiful and clean big room, great location (4min walk to Jemaa El Fna, and 1min to the Souk), fantastic breakfast (wide selection) on the terrace which will be served whenever you wake up.
After a hectic day in the Souk it is very delightful to come back to the

We stayed for a week at Hotel du Tresor in the Mizrachi room on the
ground floor. We arranged to have a taxi pick us up from the airport
(15euros) which was worthwhile as it not only saved the hassle of

We stayed in Maison du Tresor -- the annexe: Brahim and Adil were very kind and attentive. This is a tradional Moroccan house, with rooms around a central courtyard, decorated tastefully with traditional Moroccan and some modern treasures -- charming. The White Room was lovely -- simple, quirky, with its own private roof terrace. And piping hot water in en suite. This was excellent value and only 5 minutes walk from central square.

Ligger väldigt bra mitt i medinan, bara någon bit från Jemaa el fna, men ändå några meter från de bullriga mopedlederna.

The saff, very warm and available for every request we had.
Food is great in here, we had also a cooking lesson with the staff and then we ate our food.
The location is 5min walk for Djamaa el Fna square, in a real quiet road.
Lights are up during the night and we didn't felt in danger even when walking back to the riad at night.
Our room was big enough, a bit cold at the beginning but there is a heater that can bring 20+ degrees in few hours, if needed (i.e. you're traveling during the winter -
Christelle and Abes are fantastic- they really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay in Marrakech. We had them arrange the airport transfer, arranged a great day-trip through the riad, ate dinner there the night of our stay- (which was the best meal out of our trip, fantastic food) and Christelle arranged reservations at a great restaurant for us. Quiet and still close to the Marrakech life with all it's huzzle and buzzle. Beautiful rooms, plentiful homemade breakfast, the staff is helpful, speaks both French and English, nice detail with new decoration on the bed with the bedspreads every day.
