The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We had a great stay at
this hotel. The staff were friendly, chava the maintainence man spoke
good English and helped us with communicating with the nice lady at the
front desk. The shower in our room was incredible, it was great to have
a kitchen to cook our own breakfast and meals. The gym at the terrace
although is small was great to use.
Wow... I do not know where to start: excellent suites in the Historic
Center of Puebla with separate living and sleeping area (one person
could go to sleep while the other one watches tv). Induction stove for
quick cooking... I had never seen a suite with this kind of luxury, I

Good location for walking around Puebla city. Clean rooms, good separate kitchen facilities, roof top entertaining area and gym. Secure property. It is a new property with good fittings and fixtures. Ideal for business traveller/or those who want self contained affordable accommodation.
really enjoyed my stay, value for money,staff really helpful, the suites were modern and new, my suite had two televisions one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, close to historic center.
Would love to stay there again.

A 3 star hotel with some of the luxuries of a 5 star hotel. A very relaxing shower. It has air conditioning and heating which is very hard to find in Puebla. I would recommend it highly.
We loved the shower and the beds, and that it really was very good value for money. We would loved to stay there again.
Relatively good location, few blocks from zocalo, clean, still new, but everything is very small: kitchen,bedroom and bathroom.
I have nothing bad to say about this place except the cost was more than
what we booked online. But it was worth it.

Bedroom too small to fit generous double bed, shower is potentially dangerous with erratic scalding hot or freezing cold temperature.

Tha the staff at the frontdesk could not send us the bill by e-mail, just print it for us. Is a small thing, but the only one that annoyed me. (It's so easy to send PDFs with bills nowadays!!!).
The windows are very old with no soundproof and the hotel is on a street with heavy traffic. Our room was on the first level above the AC units which made it imposible for us to sleep. I do not know how the other apts. are, but no 9 has a tiny bed, and i mean it, and we are slim people. We almost fell out of it, was not even twin size.
