-the water heater pipe leaked
-room is not that spacious

Small room, dirty floor mat and tower. Sound proofing is very bad.
I have booked two rooms. Was only able to check in after 2pm. When we went back at 3pm, rooms were still not ready. Passport was also forgotten to return to me.
1. room 1 was leaking with water from roof when it rained.
2. room 1 TV was not working.
3. room 1 there was no toilet paper in the toilet.
4. room 2 security lock behind door has broke off.
5. room 2 towels are dirty.
6. both rooms has no fridge, security safe and wardrobe.
