The rooms are comfort and the facilities are good too. The agent staff, Anna, thanks again for your help.
The only advantage this Hotel has , is the very good Location. It is
just around the corner from Bukit Bitang, close to China town.
The resident staff in the front desk lobby, not friendly at all...
First of all, they have nothing to do with the Swiss Garden residences,
despite the fact that they are in the same building. No Reception, they
gave me a room which was very dirty, filty, Smoking Room, etc. Only
after heavy complaint they gave me the next day a room which has been a
