LOCATION. Just a 10-min. walk to KL Sentral train Station where travellers could easily go to various tourist attractions such as Batu Caves and Genting Highlands. I like the staff's approach to us, very kind, helpful and considerate. They always greeted us when we passed by to them. All that we asked was granted especially luggage storage. Bed was comfortable, we were able to sleep soundly. Bathroom was clean.

Great service from the staffs. Clean and new rooms. The room was clean and the air conditioning was good. The rest rooms were very clean also and spacious. The hotel is just a walking distance to the KL Sentral bus and train stations. I and my husband very like the room, cleanliness, and the location, near from KL sentral. Very good for us, and we get 110 RM for 1 night. Very ok, fit to my budget :). Value for money. Plenty of Indian food restaurants and stalls outside the hotel. There are also Chinese food restaurants nearby. Has little India atmosphere. very convenient location. 3 min walk from KL Sentral and bus stop for LCCT. We arrived around 2am in the hotel and they look so scary. i didn't like the smell of our room, smells like cockroach, but it's really not a big deal for us just to sleep one night. The towels are smelly. A woman Customer service must be responded and agreeable person ya. Pillow cases are smelly. the area around hotel is rather dirty. nothing. neibourhood location. One of the staffs had a hard time in finding my booking record..took nearly 15minutes and there were other guests waiting also. In the end the manager had to takeover and did the check in for us. The location is quite confusing as there is another MyHotel which is nearby and with similiar name. Although near to monorail, as there were a lot of construction work going on nearby, the route to monorail station was quite poorly lighted and dangerous if the travelers was alone. At first we were assigned a room reeked of insecticide and faced a fairly disgusting alley. The staff kindly investigated and changed another room for us. We had 2 rooms, one of them smelled awfull. Wifi did not work. The Hotel does not have it's own parking facilities as in the search parameters - so that's misleading. It's meter street parking on a very jammed packed street. No breakfast. No fridge. No tea bags although there was a kettle, water and coffee!. deposit system and arguments staff noisy room facing busy road even i asked for quiet one 3 month in advance. Walls are paper thin. Every time the doors of the lift open, a bell (a single 'ding') rings. I was on the third floor and I felt I could hear it from every single floor as the person would get on and off the lift, pretty annoying. Lucky I was tired. * its surrounding not so clean * too loud in the evening. no hairdryers, room without window. too noisy on weekend. red zone. There are a lot of small cockroaches in rooms. The bedding is rather uncomfortable and very worn-out. No window. Cockroaches everyday, from the mature to the babies. Should get pest control to maintain cleanliness. I changed my reservation dates and this was not updated in Hotel records. They cancelled the room booking. I had to fight later to get back my room. stranger try to open our door.. midnite knocking on our door.. remember to double lock the door.. the wooden floor in the room not clean.. found dirt & stain.. basic hotel in not such nice surroundings. Dirty room with tired fittings. room cleanest a bit ok but except for got cockcroach running around inside the room. I got bitten by bed bugs. 1.staffs' attitude. 2.charged me twice and they even set it aside till my bank handle it for me! 3.The whole environment was smelling, we saw big rat running across the lane just next to the hotel which was to the sentral station.
