The room was extra large and comfortable with beautiful views. It was clean and the breakfast was excellent. There is an excellent carpark below the hotel with full 24 hour security, which is also in the hotel itself. The Security man Steven gave us the warmest welcome we have ever had. There is a huge shopping complex just around the corner and Georgetown is easy to get to by bus or taxi(30RM).
alla recensioner » The room is really spacious and it was clean. This hotel is suitable for work and business which is near bayan lepas. Well, i stayed there for an interview in bayan lepas. Price & Room's size. facility is nearby like Restaurant Muslim food, Subway shop, shopping mall, laundry, travel agencies. the room really big and the environment are good. the location are near to shopping mall such as queenbay. convenient location, near to the airport and a lot of food outlets just behind of the hotel. Near to the Shopping Compleks like Queensbay Mall, Bukit Jambul Compleks. room very spacious and clean.also very nice view at night. Strategic location & easy to locate and convenient. Value for money, large room, nice shower rain shower. Provided drinks and biscuits to eat in the room. clean and spacious rooms with excellent views. I love staying there due to comfortable place. Some comments about the air conditioner is not serviced. the parking bay is not clean the additional bed was not comfortable and can easily fall onto the floor. 1) Should install another shower with flexible pipe. 2) When bathing, water leaked out to the WC and basin area floor, then became slippery. No wifi in rooms. Overall furnishings old fashioned. Lousy breakfast. The pillows are soft. the cleanliness of the toilet-some hair on the floor,the wall of the toilet is not properly scrubbed. No wifi in room. no hot water throughout our stay. air con noisy. 1. Most important is hotel lacking food establishment. 2. Also, room need a overhaul, plus include a. LED Flat Screen TV would be nice. b. Wireless Internet a plus. (Now is Lan cable) . No wifi in the room. Only in the lobby. Too far away from town. Lift performance is a bit lag. Sink had draining issues Aircon had noise issues. no breakfast in the price included. No wifi in room. toilet. Room is big but the floor not so clean, feel sticky. And TV channel not enough....- the price is difference from what i book at the web. - the aircond is leaking. . I dont think this has value for money. Looked pretty run down, no breakfast, the entrance to the parking was not labelled, the entrance to the lobby from the carpark was not labelled, the lift takes forever and I'd honestly expect breakfast for the price I'm paying. Location - Far from town (if not driving) Air cond leaking (non centralised) Small non-LED TV. The air con in my room was dripping from night until the next morning. That really piss me off. Furthermore the water heater wasn't working that well.
