First and foremost, the location is a big plus. The hotel is a bit dated, but it could contribute to its charm since it is so 1980'S. The breakfast was so and so but this keeps one from stuffing oneself to much. Staff appear to be polite. The room was quite large and the bedsheets appeared clean and very well-pressed. location was great, lots of good walking trails in the area and its opposite the golf course.

The fact that we were given a room facing the small back garden. I supposed this had something to do with the fact that we booked through letsbookhotel.com. They could have given us a better room since most of the room facing the golf course were empty. it looks a little tired on the outside, but its a fine hotel. The restaurant is a bit ordinary. I booked 2 connecting rooms, supposed to get the garden view but to my disappointment, we can hardly see the garden when standing at the verandah cos our rooms were right on top of the hotel porch..the porch blocked the garden view..... Street sign not very clear. non. The hotel facilities, especially the rooms, need renovation. The hotel is tired and in need of renovation. It smells musty and could do with a thorough clean. Old Room. none. buffet breakfast. The hotel is very jaded. The room has a musty smell and very stuffy. It is made worse by having no air conditioning nor fan. As the weather is not as cooling as we like it, we find the room very uncomfortable to the extend that we have problems sleeping at night. The corridor is badly lit. And the facilities in the room is very old and jaded. Breakfast is not very appetizing and limited choices. Overall, the stay is not worth the money we paid for. the design of the toilet is weird, room carpet is old, room bit smelly. 1 Too much noise from groups. 2 Smoking from many guests on terrace below our room balcony. Smoke invaded our room. 3 No chairs on balcony 4 No toiletries in bathroom 5 Bathroom cleanliness poor 6 Fire alarm went off due to excessive smoking by guests in bedrooms.
