  I was thankful and grateful about the staff in this hotel. There was an incident happened at the lobby. My elder son was accidently dropped his cellphone at lobby while he was in the rush to visit doctor with his father (he has fever for few days in macau). My younger son and I was awating them at lobby. I was in a shock and we won't know what was actually happe - The hotel staff were helpful and most spoke English very well. There is a shuttle bus to and from the ferry terminal. There is usually a number of taxies outside the hotel. Walking distance to Old Taipa area and also the Cotai strip where all the main hotels and casinos are. We saw the amazing House of Dancing Water show. Visited the fabulous shopping malls.

  Everything was fantastic! Location, services, food, activities, etc! The staff even recommend the best deals via apps like V-chat, which entitles you to get free tickets for shows. The free shuttle buses make it very convenient to get around Macau. The travel desk assists in finding the best food nearby, suggesting that we don't need to spend mone... vad folk säger » y on cab. Everyone in the front desk (office) welcomes us warmly and are so willing to help, even to the extend of calling friends and relatives to find out some information for us.   We had a really nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was big enough for the 3 of us, food was delicious and the staff from the whole complex, even from Conrad, Sheraton and shopping mall were very friendly and helpful.We travelled with our almost 3 years old son and the atmosphere there was very child friendly.
