  I was thankful and grateful about the staff in this hotel. There was an incident happened at the lobby. My elder son was accidently dropped his cellphone at lobby while he was in the rush to visit doctor with his father (he has fever for few days in macau). My younger son and I was awating them at lobby. I was in a shock and we won't know what was actually happe - The hotel staff were helpful and most spoke English very well. There is a shuttle bus to and from the ferry terminal. There is usually a number of taxies outside the hotel. Walking distance to Old Taipa area and also the Cotai strip where all the main hotels and casinos are. We saw the amazing House of Dancing Water show. Visited the fabulous shopping malls.

  Everything was fantastic! Location, services, food, activities, etc! The staff even recommend the best deals via apps like V-chat, which entitles you to get free tickets for shows. The free shuttle buses make it very convenient to get around Macau. The travel desk assists in finding the best food nearby, suggesting that we don't need to spend mone... vad folk säger » y on cab.   We had a really nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn.   We got a suite instead of a standard room! It is a great quiet hotel not so far from the historic centre (and they have shuttle buses, so there's no problem getting to the terminal/airport). Great views, nice rooms. - Price is affordable. Location is really good. We enjoyed the beautiful scene of Macau Tower and sea.
