  Everything was fantastic! Location, services, food, activities, etc! The staff even recommend the best deals via apps like V-chat, which entitles you to get free tickets for shows. The free shuttle buses make it very convenient to get around Macau. The travel desk assists in finding the best food nearby, suggesting that we don't need to spend mone... vad folk säger » y on cab. It's a shame we only spent one night in Macau. I'll definitely come back again. Oh, and my most favourite staff is King! - Quality of service is just impeccable. Everyone in the front desk (office) welcomes us warmly and are so willing to help, even to the extend of calling friends and relatives to find out some information for us.   We had a really nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was big enough for the 3 of us, food was delicious and the staff from the whole complex, even from Conrad, Sheraton and shopping mall were very friendly and helpful.We travelled with our almost 3 years old son and the atmosphere there was very child friendly. This is a truly upscale and nice place, no worse than all the other 5-star hotels (Venetian, Conrad, Hard Rock, ...) around it. The only thing about this hotel you can associate with Holiday Inn is its pricing. The hotel actually prices itself quite a bit lower than its neighbors there. Gym and spa facilities are very nice.   We got a suite instead of a standard room! It is a great quiet hotel not so far from the historic centre (and they have shuttle buses, so there's no problem getting to the terminal/airport). Great views, nice rooms. - Price is affordable. Location is really good. We enjoyed the beautiful scene of Macau Tower and sea.

Room included everything I need in good quality. Room smelled good without sign of smoke.
