cellphone at lobby while he was in the rush to visit doctor with his

The hotel staff were helpful and most spoke English very well. There is a shuttle bus to and from the ferry terminal. There is usually a number of taxies outside the hotel. Walking distance to Old Taipa area and also the Cotai strip where all the main hotels and casinos are. We saw the amazing House of Dancing Water show. Visited the fabulous shopping malls.

Love the Japan/modern feel of the hotel, with a hint of tradition with girls wandering around in pastel Yukatas.
