  Stayed the late September. Gorgeous place! Felt so welcome before we even got there! By emails, messages & all the details what needed to know!! Owners explained all (in perfect English) and there were info board as well, also Rudite who gave us the key showed us all & explained (the owners explained all in the mail cos said that she did... vad folk säger » n’t speak much English, but we managed just well! :) ) Rudite was so lovely as well as the owners, she came to look for us to the corner of the house - I loved my stay at this place. This is just a flat being rented as a hotel room but it is really great. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, and easy to find. 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station and even shorter walking distance to take the bus to the airport. There are several options of restaurants, bars, stores close by. The flat is absolutely great, new, modern, very clean and has everything you need, from kitchen to laundry. You need to let then know the

  Was good from the beginning: Nita proposed us to order taxi pick-up services via Baltic taxi (5euro/person). Than we've found only 4 (but) large beds. We planned to stay in stag company of 6 guys - so she managed to bring 2 airpump beds. She showed us all facilities of this flat and answered our touristic questions. And at the end of our stay she even didn't checked the flat - we've just throw - We were met on arrival by Nita who was very welcoming and extremely helpful in telling us where to go in terms of the local supermarket, bars and general Riga life! The apartments were clean and exceeded the photographs that I had seen when booking. It was spacious and clean and amazing value for money. The location was great and the walk into the old town was never a chore. Perhaps for some they would be a bit too far out of the action but for our group it was just perfect. Thank you for an am

  Location in center of old town is very comfortable for taking a walk in old town. Service was excellent. Special thanks for letting me check out at 15 last day without charge.   The owner, Ilze was excellent. Our request for extra pillows and towels was onsite upon arrival. A magnetic key is used to gain entrance to front door of the apartment house. The apartment is on the 2d American floor and has 2 front doors. Great security. Everything you see in the pictures is there. Wi-Fi is great. We cooked on the stove and oven ... vad folk säger » several times. The bus stop to down town is 2 minutes around the corner and 1 small grocery store is 1 minute away. I paid $8.00 to take a taxi to the - Almost everything, the staff Ilze+Elvijss (+little boy) are great, been there now many times in a short time, as I like Riga+surroundings. Apt, tv (some problems), bath room etc 1st class - cu again !;) (The owners feel already like friends) ;-)

  Lovely apartment, excellent value, just off the old town of Riga (10 min walk through the park). Comfortable even for 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living room).
