1) absolutely beautiful hotel, beach, scenery all excellent
2) the breakfast buffet was extensive n really delicious
3) the room bed were very very comfortable
4) love the swimming pool n jacuzzi

Really enjoyed my trip to jeju and stay at shilla. Definitely will be back again! -
Concierge staff were extremely helpful and supportive in planning our day trips and itineraries, arranged for transport, walked us to our driver and translated - just unbelievable! Always 3 or more people at the desk never had to wait. Great overall hotel facilitie and restaurants. Spa treatments were also unbelievable.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in my whole life. Thouhg it was expensive, but it was really nice, breath taking view, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice resturants, excellent breakfast, Dinner with the Volcano Show was nice, very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools for kids and adults, nice relaxing facilities at the beach, and great idea for the barbeque at the camping area but we did not try it :).
