The staff was very professional and friendly. The shuttle service from JR Kotohira station was appreciated! The walk looks short but luggage makes it longer. The room was exactly as described. The air conditioning was good. The view from the room at night and sunrise was lovely. Unlimited clean dry towels available, which is a thoughtful touch that makes the onsen that much nicer. They also change which common baths are men-only and women-only every day, so you can try both in one overnight sta.
