Well it's what you'd book if you have an early flight out from Kansai Aiport. The view was amazing - rooms are all on high floors. Ample dining options both within the building itself as well as a short walk away at the Pleasure Town Seacle (walk towards the giant ferris wheel, reasonably priced restaurants are just next to it). Hotel has a free shuttle to the airport in the morning (every half hour), and it takes about 10 minutes.

Big and clean rooms. The outlet stores right next to the hotel were a very good addition to the otherwise not so inspiring neighborhood. The view was amazing! Having breakfast on the top floor, gave a magnificent view of Osaka Bay. It was a luxurious, comfortable, easy-transport location and hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an easy access to the city and premium outlets and for easy access to the airport. I stayed here before flying out of Osaka, I didn't actually spend time in Osaka. For airport purposes it was great...one stop to the airport, its attached to the train station so no taxi required, and its also attached to a shopping complex with budget places to shop and eat. The view was amazing. Very easy to access from kix (you just catch a train, and it's the first stop). Once at Rinkutown station, once you're through the gates, take a left, then another left (through door 3) and there's the hotel! Very comfortable, also. -many tasty and scenic restaurants in the hotel including shabu-shabu/sukiyaki buffets and tepanyaki -very convenience for shopping at premium outlet shopping mall -excellent for dining, shopping and going to Kansai airport by hotel's free shuttle bus. I love the location . There's a skywalk connecting the hotel with Rinku station , so it's very convenient carrying big baggages.The shuttle bus to apport is also great. No shuttle bus to the airport after 9 a.m. and no bus from the airport until 5 p.m. No free bus from airport until 5:20 pm. Nothing. Waited 20 min for JR line... Nanku line would have been faster. Expensive breakfast option at the hotel. In room beverages were green tea or instant plum tea only. The temperature of the shower is not constant. It changes when other rooms are using. The volume of water also changes. Selection of TV programs is poor, should have access to cable TV like many other hotels. Non smoking rooms have a slight tobacco smell. Rooms on top of a high building. Sometimes long waiting times for the elevator. Not that easy to find good restaurants in the area. In case you don't like heigths it is not your best choice... There is no negative comment about them ,. Only one English language channel on TV. I had explicitly asked for a non-smoking room in my notes to the hotel. I also added to let me know if one was not available as I would have chosen another hotel. They obviously completely ignored the request as I was allocated to a smoking room. They changed it, somehow reluctantly, after I complained. nothing. Staff don't know much English. And they want extra charge of my breakfast which include in room rate. extra bed = sofa + what ?. -The staff were not very friendly. -We made a horrible mistake of staying in this hotel because we did not use kansai airport and were visiting osaka for leisure. The hotel is about a 50 minute train ride from central osaka. I would advise anyone visiting osaka for leisure to avoid this hotel. we choose this hotel for transit ,since close to airport . As we arrive night time specially winter ,we need convinience transportation to hotel ,but we have to wait 25- 30 min in cold weather. As we arrived around 9 pm , most of the food has already been closed. It is hard to find food surrounding hotel at night . Hotel staff doesnt understand and cannot recommend any resto or food stall . So we ate suffer along the night . I thought the staff was not very helpful. The location was not at the airport and the shuttle was not always available. I was disappointed since my reservation stated to reserve shuttle at checkin. I am sorry I recommended the hotel to a friend. I have to pay to use their pool and gym!!!!. Most of the staff cannot speak English. Crummy interiors, everything felt shabby. Bedding was clean and that's about it. Bar was not open on a Saturday night, gym was closed at 6:30pm, pool was closed at 6:30 pm, 2100 yen extra to use the pool even if it was open. Western restaurant was closed for a function therefore no opportunity to eat western food in the hotel.
