The friendly service by the owners. It was a family run business. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs even to lending us umbrellas when it was raining. Although our room was small everything else more than made up for it and the owner changed rooms for us as my husband cannot sleep on a futon on the floor. We were given bottles of water daily, free access to a computer and an excellent breakfast. If ever we are in Hiroshima again, we will always use this hotel.
alla recensioner » Cheap and simple, exactly what I wanted. Rooms are small but perfect for the solo traveller or couple looking for a budget price, clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location 5 minutes from the main station, also a few minutes walk from supermarket, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was more than expected, great to start day. We asked where we could eat Hiroshima pancake-okonomiyaki. The tiny, local cafe,where we sat on the floor in front of a hot plate was a real Japanese experience. Delicious. We were given a present when we left!. The hotel was was very conveniently located near public transportation and the sights. It was very small (just enough room for the roll-out futons, which were very comfortable), but even though it was small, it had everything we needed. Very nice and comfortable beds! Location is perfect, right next to the shinkansen train station. Staff speak very little English but are vere warm and welcomming. We loved the gift aupon check-out. managers are very courteous, friendly and helpful. clean rooms and Japanese-style. the breakfast is good, coffee and bread and Japanese foods. great location, close to the JR station. Loved it here! Was cozy, the staff were lovely, gave me a parting gift on my last night. Very close to the station but hidden from the Main Street traffic, I miss this little place. excellent home from home,,very comfortable and spotless,,clean,,staff spoke good English and very helpful,,,,great location ,,near station,,,. A little far from peace park. Pure "japanese comfort". The bathroom was too small. The reception area was too small. The wifi in the room was not available. rather small and claustrophobic.
