great location for station and convention centre. very helpful and friendly staff. Spoke good enough English, no problems being understood. Good price and arranged early check in for me. the bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Staff were excellent. Very professional and friendly. Location is good if you plan to go to Tokyo Disney Resort. Easy access to Tokyo area. Direct bus service to the airport is also available for $1200 yen per person. (around US$10).
