The rooms was clean and comfortable, and had good air condition, which is essential during the summer in Venice. The window of our hotel room also overlooked a small canal, which was absolutely gorgeous, and the hotel is located in a gorgeous area.   Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.
