  The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

  Nära till tågstationen - Vi bokade superiorrum till sänkt pris och det var verkligen fint. rymligt och svalt + frächt badrum. Väldigt nära centralstationen. Vi hade rum mot bakgarden och hörde inga störande ljud. (kyrkklockorna kl 7 var bara trevliga.)

  Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. No elevator, but Davide carried up our suitcase - to the top floor - ... vad folk säger » and we were used to stairs at this point, so the climb didn't bother us. Wi-fi worked and it was nice to have someone at the desk until 7:00. We wo - Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate personnel!

  although the guesthouse's entrance is located in a funny little alleyway, and you have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs yourself (no lift), our room was big and comfortable. We liked the location. Although it was a bit of a walk away from the main attractions (ie San Marco & Rialto bridge), the walk isn't too far and we liked that w... vad folk säger » e could get away from all the tourists in the evening. Also, the guesthouse is located next to a vibey piazza where all the artsy locals hang out, so - This hotel was fairly close to everything. Hotel was close to a square with many restaurants and bars. Room was clean and air conditioned. Room was not fancy but was fine and the hotel was a good value. Staff did not speak English but were still nice.

  Great B&B. Very clean and quiet. It's a 10 minutes walking from the train station, with the suitcases. There are 2 bridges in between, the big one right out the train station and a little one after so you may suffer a little with your luggage, but thats normal in Venice. We got lost on finding the place but its not very dificult. Once you get ... vad folk säger » out the train station you cross the big bridge that is on your left. Go straight on the street in front of the stairs and take the 2nd left (its the l - It is near the St Lucia train station and the attractions on the islands. It is about 15 minutes walk to Rialto market. We stayed 3 nights and went round almost the whole Venice by foot.
