This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc.. -
Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place.

Absolutley stunning views, perfect location (4 minutes to P Le Roma, but quiet near a church and a wonderful square with fantastic restaurants and great service). Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were no staff onsite but we didn’t find this to be a problem as the staff were very amenable over t

I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.
