  Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise! Besides, It was so nice to relax at sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeng... Our special thanks to Svetlana at the reception for her kindness and helpfullness. I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal. The location is perfect. Overlooking the nice streets, just 5 minutes walk

  Our room and large terrace were wonderful. The room had lots of light with 4 large windows that all open with a canal view. The terrace looked over the rose garden and the Grand canal.   the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
