We had a large, comfortable room with a view of the canal and the church. Hotel has a pleasant garden. Friendly, helpful staff. I also really loved to wake up listening to birds' singing. Room/bathroom is romantically decorated and is relatively spacious.

Perfekt läge. Perfekt service. - The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.

Although the menu was the same each day, the food was plentiful freshly prepared. The breakfast room staff were very accomodating. It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. The breakfast is a cut above the standard European fare and the location can't be beat.

the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
