  Läget,atmosvären - The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good with eggs, meat, cheese and more. Pretty location on the canal - The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful; the breakfasts were good; the room was comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the San Vio canal; and the location was excellent, convenient for Accademia and the bridge across to San Marco, for waterbus services around Venice and to/from Marco Polo airport, and for good restaurants nearbv.

  I was pleased with this hotel in every way! The price was more than I wanted to pay but, realizing lodging in Venice is expensive, I left feeling quite satisfied with my stay there. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and attractive, the a/c worked, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.   Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise!   Luxury hotel for a reasonable price. Extra services are expensive though. Nice location by canal and very quiet, but close to Vaporetto. - It was absolutely amasing

  Perfekt läge i relation till kommunikationer. Trots läget invid Pizzale Roma lugnt och bra. Ombonad miljö. Utmärkt frukostbuffé. - The staff was extrememly helpful. All spoke excellent English. The breakfast was also top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort.   the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
