  The locacation was great, helpful staff, had a lakeside room, the view was fabulous sitting at our own balcony (almost a deck with table, chairs and loungers), the included full breakfast was excellen.   Enastående vackert läge med utsikt över Comosjön och de omgivande bergen. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. - Everything!!! We booked a lake view room and they gave us a suite. Practically every window and balcony/deck gives fabulous views of the lake. We have never before experienced such peace, tranquility and beauty. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! - The staff were most pleasant and cooperative. Recommendations on restaurants were good and explanations of the lake boat system were very helpful. The one evening meal we had at the hotel was very good and the prices were most reasonable. We would stay here again any time we are in the Lake Como area.

  We loved this hotel very much,the staff were fantastic, very friendly and work very hard !! A great location a very nice room, the food is excellent with a great selection of wine( you dont need to go anywhere else!!).
