Nice hotel. We had an amazing view. It's old, it's Italian, don't have the highest expectations. AC didn't get cool in our room, but it's was around 75F so not too bad. Parking is really minimal. The view is impecable, the rooms decent and the staff very friendly - Having only the website to assist us in making our decision we were disappointed when we finally arrived at the hotel. What was surely a very impressive hotel at one stage we found to be rather dated and not as comfortable as we had been led to believe.

All the staff in the hotel were excellent and nothing was to much trouble, including parking our car as the car park is very difficult to access. Overall we would strongly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. - Hotel views, ease to walk to town and modern design/decor.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed only one night but the were happy for us to leave our car in their garage on the day we were leaving until 5pm so that we had time both to go to the beach in the morning and then to take the cable car to Taormina and have a good look around. The pool and roof terrace are great with fantastic views, likewise the restaurant/bar. If I was to go again I would definately stay for longer.

transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. Tastefully appointed and with a good-sized balcony over-looking the most amazing view of the sea. The proprieter was welcoming and friendly as indeed were all the staff. Fresh fruit was left for us in the bedroom and was again in plentiful supply at breakfast. The hotel is a short walk (albeit up a bit of a hill) to the centre, so for us was perfectly located in terms of views and access to the town. The location was fantastic top view in Taormina while eating evening meal over looking Isola Bella. Smartest hotel in that location. If you can afford it book a superior room with a sea view we had a sun terrace to die for. The room wasn't large but the terrace made up for it.
