  Location, The room, the view from the balcony, the services, facilities- all were perfect . The hotel is very elegant and breakfast was extraordinary. The staff was amazing - Very helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location but only 5 mins walk from centre of town. Roof top pool/terrace - stunning views.

  The two best things about this small hotel was the owner Ettore and the location. Ettore couldn't have been more helpful.I have never experienced any staff member at any place I have ever stayed who was more welcoming. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants.   The Hotel was in a great location just above the town centre and easy for getting around. The staff were always attentive and on hand to give advice and help. The breakfast was good and plentiful the rooms were cleaned every day and bed linen changed regularly. Access to the roof for drying laundry as it has clothes lines, pins etc. You can have breakfast in their garden. Very calm and quiet area.

  The view is just amazing and its position in Sorrento great. The breakfasts were the best of all our 3 weeks in Italy and the staff very helpful. - Excellent view of the bay of Naples from our balcony. Our room was bright clean and had a large balcony and the staff were very friendly.
