  Personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig. Lägenheten passade oss perfekt med två rum (ett för barnen) och kokmöjlighet. AC fungerade OK. Bra toa/dusch. Centralt läge intill Piazza Tasso men rummet, som låg in mot gården, stördes inte av trafiken (vilket rum ut mot gatan förmodligen har problem med då trafiken var tät). - Att vi fick ett större rum än vi ... vad folk säger » betalade för.

  During a 2-week trip to Italy this great hotel was the highlight. The stunning views of the bay of Naples from our room and the beautiful dining room/ restaurant were a joy! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with a nice variety (including tasty omelettes and cappucinos). The hotel is close to a bus stop (orange/ red buses into town and the train station, blue Sita buses to Amalfi an Positano). We, - The hotel is located on a very scenic spot of Sorrento, on a cliff. My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

  Palazzo Guardati är en underbar blanding av romantisk italiensk palatsmiljö och superfräsh nutid. Läget är perfekt och interiören är en ren, gräddvit marmordröm. We had one of the rooms on the thrid floor with good views. I would think that some of the back rooms on the first floor facing the garden are also good. The staff were very helpful when it came to choice of restaurants and tours. - Every single thing. The hotel was perfect on every front: location, staff, cleanliness (particularly good), facilities, value for money, the included breakfast was also excellent. The Palazzo Guardati is the best hotel I have stayed at in Italy. Totally exceeded my expectations.

  The staff were excellent and the little chalets were a refreshing change from a multi storey hotel. It's a ten minute walk to the main square but as a result it's a peaceful retreat. There's a great restaurant called Fillippo about a five minute walk away.   Maison Tofani is the best kept secret in Sorrento. The staff were exceptional, especially Giovanni who collected our hire car on the morning we were leaving as the garage did not open until after we wanted to leave. Giovanni - We stayed 6 nights in Maison Tofani which is a great little hotel in the historical centre of Sorrento, decorated in the best Italian style. We had a large room with a big bed, a sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower - and free wifi! The room overlooked the narrow shopping street. We had a small table and two chairs on the minute balcony where we could watch the world go by. The windows were well insulated as we weren't disturbed by noise.   Hotel Continental was beautiful! The lobby and public areas were first class and the room was beautiful as well. The bathroom was very big especially for European standards. They had a nightly turn-down service which was so nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location could not be better. We actually walked from - Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment. The hotel itself is lovely with its feeling of the old days but updated for today. Its location could not have been better with a view to dream of and a short way to everywhere in Sorrent
