Perfect location on the outskirts of Sirmione next door to the famous Sirmione Terme. Some excellent restaurants & supermarkets / shops within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). The accomodation itself is spotless. Flavio (the owner / manager) was extremely courteous & helpful. For instance on arrival in Italy I was unable to obtain a ticket entering the Autostrade at Bergamo Airport & was charged the full A4 motorway fee €60 (instead of €4.50) at the Sirmione exit. Flavio

Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. castle is around 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. Absolutely lovely

Very nice hotel, that is the old castle and just by the lake. We had a 3rd floor room with lake overview and it was a pleasure to take a shower with the lake view. Also it had the best breakfast I've seen in whole Europe. Sirmione is a hidden gem and so is this hotel. Also its restaurant is included in Michelin guide which is also by the lakeside.

help you. There is free use of bikes at the hotel to discover the routes
around the lake and also to visit the local vineyards and surrounding
areas. The breakfast was excellent which set you up for the rest of day.

This is a very new resort, and is finished to an excellent standard, much better than the photos or price would lead you to believe. The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the whole property is very clean and well maintained. The pool was beautiful, clean and whilst a little chilly its very refreshing! -
