  The staff was super nice and hospitable. They waited up for us to arrive after midnight! The room and bathrooms were clean. It was very close to the Sienna's city center and parking was included and accessible. The fresh pastries were delicious and warm. There was a respectable sized breakfast with fruit, yogurt, fresh pastries, deli and cappuccin... vad folk säger » o! - The hospitality, the personal and the cleaning. The breakfast is ok. Parking anda wi-fi is free.

  the friendly, hospitable staff and the location to the city - The location of the hotel was great. A 15-20 minute walk into the town center or a bus stop across the street can get you there in less than 5. Our room was large and clean and the breakfast was good too. The staff didn't speak a lot of English but they were friendly and accomodating.

  great place to stay in Siena - Travelling by car, we found the hotel more easily than we expected. We were given excellent advice at the hotel on parking in Sienna and using the escalator system to enter the old town. The rooms were good and were excellent value, as the prices were low.
