  The staff was very helpful and friendly, gave us some tips on how to get to San Giminiano and where to buy what in Siena. The location is great, but if you're sensitive to noise and care about the quality of your sleep then make sure you're not getting the street view room. But if you're fine with it - then you'll feel the real ambiance of the pl... vad folk säger » ace. The rooms are clean, and there is a nice living room in the common area with a beautiful balcon. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I wo - If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.
