  Alessandro and his team at Le Mandrie gave us a wonderful and unforgetable time. The accomodation was not only beautiful but also very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, especially the dinner location above the olive trees with a breathtaking view over the valley was great. It is a wonderful place with wonderful people. - Among all the agriturismo that we stayed in, this was by far the best! Location was beautiful, on Mount Subasio, so you get a nice view of the Umbra countryside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness, quietness..etc. The in-house restaurant also served pretty good food, so we were able to enjoy a nice sunset before heading in for dinner. Thank you Alex and staff at Le Mandrie for a memorable stay!

  The innkeepers were wonderful, charming and so helpful. The place is immaculate in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was delightful and they provided a suggestion for a close restaurant which was thoroughly delicious. Overall, there is not one negative to say about it. The rooms were clean and the staff were more than willing to assist with any requests. There was a variety of choices for breakfast with freshly made coffees to order.   proximity to the bus stop of the direct bus from the train station - Locations was excellent even though it was just outside the walls. Parking was key! Loved that I didn't have to drive the narrow streets with all the pedestrian traffic. Breakfast was good and fresh. Coffee was excellent!

  Rita was attentive before we even arrived. She advised us of parking (which is in a secure public lot a ways from the B&B) and offered help with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that she had upgraded us to a spacious "suite" complete with a nicely equipped, small kitchen (in which we prepared a dinner of local specialtie... vad folk säger » s!). The apartment was simply charming; some stone walls, lovely furnishings, wonderful bathroom with chic, modern appliances; and, many large, double - Very central. Good security staff while only on site for breakfast went out of their way to help us including picking us up from ports nova bus depot and taking us up the hill in their car which was appreciated by New Zealand travellers who had been travelling over 25 hours to get to this first port of stay. The bed was very comfortable so comfortable we were able to come back to property for a nap before dinner and that was only a few steps very reasonable pizza and restaurant. Cannot say enou

  Visiting the town of Assisi is a magical experience. The beauty and history of the area is inspiring. The views from our room were breathtaking and the smell of fresh baking from the shop below got us out of bed in the morning.   The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome when I arrived. The location is great. It's immediately next door to the Church of Santa Chiara, and within close walking distance to the main piazza.
