  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs.   The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.

  The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find.   Hotellet är en vacker liten pärla med fin atmosfär. Bra rum (vi bodde Ifyrbäddsrum som visade sig vara två rum, en dubbelsäng I det ena och tvåenkelsängar I det andra). It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice. The whole experience was marvelous.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs.   the quiet - We were not right in Venice, which made it nice to come back to the island after a busy day. There were a lot of shops, etc. on the island if you wanted or needed. It was nice to have a phone in the room to call home.
