This is most definitely the best hotel experience I have ever had. The
hotel itself was the most beautiful I have ever stayed in (the location
and vistas, the gorgeous building and the decoration) but it was also
the best staffed. Hotel staff can be friendly or they can be enjoyable
- the people working at hotel mulino seem to be happy and enjoy their
work and enjoy making guests stay's pleasant. That was so apparent
and wonderful. The continental breakfast was the most elaborate

expected. The hotel staff were simply magnificent and were always
looking to help us with, for example, directions for days out of
Florence, booking train tickets to Rome and restaurant reservations. The
service in the restaurant was excellent and the serving of drinks and

Wonderful place, the family made us feel at home immediately and could not do enough for us. Breakfast each morning was so delicious and all homemade. I was really sorry to have to leave when the time arrived and would return in a heartbeat. -
