Everything! This B and B was very quaint but high quality. The entire property is gorgeous, restful; the amenities are bountiful making it very difficult to leave and site see. - The hotel is very pleasent and cosy. The room is nice and the service in general is very good. It was a great experience.

Beautiful building and grounds. We stayed in the apartment, with 2 bedrooms and baths, which was great for a family of 5. A/C worked well, and we had a fully functional kitchen.
Pool is clean and modern, could have used more shade near it.
The staff was delightful, expecially the main clerk Christiano who went out of his way to accommodate us.
There is a very nice restaurant a few hundred meters up the road.
The room was stocked with very good and affordable local wine.

My teenage son and I spent a wonderful week at the "Podere
Bellavista", which is peacefully located among the vineyards and
the olive trees. The accommodation was perfect (bedroom + living-room
with kitchenette, beautiful terrace); both the apartment and the
surroundings were kept perfectly clean. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming-
pool, the magnificent view and Virginia's friendly hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. We had the double room with the connecting bathroom. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, spotless, even the floor. Loved all the antiques furnishing the agriturismo. Bathroom was large and updated. The owner was full of knowledge and a pleasure to speak with. She provided a fresh breadkfast, for a small fee, but got up early that morning to go to the store and get all fresh ingredients and prepared our breakfast to our liking. It was excellent. The

Absolute perfection!!!
the owners were so nice and kind and the breakfast was extra delicious. Only 5 minutes by car to San Gimignano in quiet idyllic place to hang on terrace in the evening. There is a swimming pool to refresh. Too bad that i can stay for only one day and miss the dinner. Highly recommended. For ever visitors: please enter GPS coordinates, as none of them cannot locate this street and it is not so easy to find. For sure i will be back in next visit in tuscany

nicely presented in a stunning old building. It had one of the most
beautiful views I have ever had the privilege to enjoy, particularly in
early morning, when wishing well square was empty of people. An

This is such a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. We were given a choice of room on arrival, and we chose the 4-poster bed triple room with an uninterrupted view of rural Tuscany. The wine in the room was very reasonably priced and local, and every detail of design and hospitality was tastefully executed. Probably the best hotel room we've ever stayed in. Our en-suite had a chandelier - what more could you ask for?!
