My wife and I traveled to Rome with our two young daughters (the eldest with 3 years old and the newest with 1 year and 3 months) and we were a bit concerned with finding a hotel that could accommodate our family well.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

He really ensures that you enjoy the most your stay. He speaks perfect english and a really kind person.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets.
