  Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out.   It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Friendly staff, help from Gabriel on getting to sights, he rec... vad folk säger » ommended a lovely restaurant that serves Roman style ( not your typical Italian food) and the best Gelato ice cream near the Pantheon. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!

  Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. This shuttle was also available for airport transfers for a small fee which was even more convenient. The staff were b... vad folk säger » rilliant, always helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was as good if not better than the meals we had in Rome centre and very reasonably priced. - i have been to this hotel a few times , so I know the staff . I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! A very good smple place to stay near ciampino from where you can even access rome via Metro ...free trans

  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.
