We`ve stayed there for 5 days in November. The owner speaks english and italian, the girl who brought us breakfasts speaks italian and russian a little. We lived in the separated building in via del Pellegrino, I think it`s even better. Campo dei fuori is in 2 mins, Vatican in 15 mins (if you walk with normal speed), piazza Navona and Pantheon in 10 mins.
Breakfast was ok - big cup of coffee or whatever you want, toasts and croissant, also there was a lot of butter and jam in the frige. There

The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. Our "room" was in fact a bedroom, a toilet and a big bathroom and as the other room was unoccupied we had the rest of the appartment (a nice kitchen)to ourselves -- luxury. Raul was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great way to start our mornings before our trek through Rome. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby after a day of sightseeing, pasta, cappuccino, and gelato. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Great location, clean bathroom, and friendly comfort

We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop
so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were
done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place,
no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh

The room's decor was elegant and the room itself spotless. It looked like the hotel was brand new and I later found out it was. We had all we needed in terms of amenities, towels, hot water, kettle, etc. Breakfast was coffee and croissant, served in an authentic coffee shop next door. Location was good. The place is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the metro system. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was prompt with our requests. Many of the hotel rooms in Italy are small but their room is also very spacious; there was three of us with five luggage and we were able to lay our luggage out with enough walking space. We loved the room and it was one of the best place we stayed during our entire trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Roma Vaticano. Excellent location. Vatican city in walking distance. Metro station just 5 blocks away. Shopping centers nearby. The tours recommended by the staff were excellent recommendations. Rooms are very clean and quite (hotel is on the third floor). Hotel has a different atmosphere, as it is situated in an office and apartment building. Hotel staff is very flexible (breakfast time) and friendly.
