  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

I love the charming old-fashioned elevator. There is a car park very close by that costs only € 7,- for every full 24 h, which is very hand - Perfect apartments in historical building. Everything is very clean and designed with antiwar furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, a lot of pictures and books make atmosphere of home hospitality. Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner!   Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Breakfast although continental was lovely with a selection of pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was also provided. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.
