  The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. - excellent location, nice staffs, nice wifi , i love the smile of the old lady owner !

  The location is within walking distance of many sights. The staff is friendly and available for all our needs. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.   Very Nice place with very Nice people ! The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too !   This hotel is in a prime location, we are two couples in our late 40s and walked everywhere. The pantheon and piazza Navone were an easy 10 minute walk, Vatican 25 minutes, colliseum 15 minutes, LOCATION, LOCATION really important for Rome. The hotel has TWO roof terraces on floor - We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. But what made this hotel so delightful was its location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and exciting, with restaurants, shops and people going about their business everywhere.   Trevlig personal, bra service (bla behövde vi en korskruv till en vinflaska vi hade köpt under dagen.   The hotel is in 3 minutes by foot from the Termini metro and bus station. There are just four rooms for guests in the apartment, so I faced only once one of my neighbours, and I could easily go to my bathroom just in towel without fear to be seen. The room is equipped with hairdryer, fridge, heater and airconditioner. The host woman Flora is an am... vad folk säger » azing person, so kind, open and friendly! She cleans all herself, gives us water and sweets. - Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.
