The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.
We had young children with us so the vending machines, hot water and play area was very convenient and useful. Their 24 hr lounge area was really clean and provided a large space for the kids to run around, for our large group to sit and relax and stay out

I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. Anyone who would stay in this hotel would love this place. Staff there is really nice, it is so clean, the guy there who works his name is Gabriel.
