Although we were asked to check out at 10 a.m., when we requested an extension of time, he gave us another room where we could wash and get ready to go to the airport when we returned back to the hotel at around 10 a.m. -

Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out. Great bathroom, air con was amazing after a hot summers day sightseeing through ruins, reliable wi-if, close to a metro (which isn't that common in Rome!), quiet little stay with only 3 rooms, quiet area -

I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. -
