  Friendly and helpful staff, close to Termini, great value for the price. - Location of the hotel is okay. Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   The guesthouse is a great refuge from the bustle of Rome. The rooms as well as public facilities are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is wholesome with plenty of choice. The location just a few hundred metres from several bus stops and Cornelia metro station is ideal.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  Staff was very helpful - It was convenient for a stop over to catch a morning flight out as it is reasonably close to the airport and the hotel offer a shuttle. Not recommended if you want to go to the city every day as it is a long way. Hotel staff friendly and accomodating.
