Excelent breakfast! Everything very clean! I had never stood at a hostel before, and was a little affraid of it. But I'd certanly recommend Roma Scout Center.
The cleaness and the modern complex. It has good restaurants close and the metro station is just 10 minutes away if you like to walk slow as I do.
The wi-fi was a little slow in the room I had but it works fine in other areas.
The room is very spacious and each person has a big locker in the room. There's a lamp attached to each bed as well.

Helpful and friendly stuff. 7-10 minutes to metro if you know the way. Just 3 stops to Termini. Breakfast was quiet well. Big room and big lockers also we have balcony.
Check-in only after 1 p.m., I was there at 11 a.m. but they gave me keys from luggage room. If you don't know the way from metro to hotel it can be hard to find it at the first time. They didn't throw our rubbish for 2 days before my departure.

Every staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is good, very easy to get here from Bologna metro station. It's not right inside the city center, you can't visit interesting places by walking which means It's a nice area for residents.

The staffs are great. They could help you with almost everything. The breakfast in the hostel is nice as well. It's enough for your belly in the morning. The room is clean and the environment is pleasant.
The location might be a bit far from the city center but it's really easy to reach by metro. It's not a big problem.

Electricity was out for over 24 hours and was an internal problem as people next door still have power. Only received a small refund for the night. Also wifi was weak and barely worked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide large lockers with key in the room, bunks are clean as well as bathroom. Breakfast of pastries, fresh juice and coffee, with long hours for availability. A short walk to metro (B line).
Small common area, did not lend to meeting other travellers.
It's clean, especially the bathroom, everything is ready to use, considering the price, really a cost effective choice.
Atmosphere is not so relaxed or dynamic, everyone just stay at room, it's not like a hostel. Hope you can improve on this.

The location is not an idea for first time tourists. However, get your info from the staff where and which bus to take to the central station. Then start your day from there.

After the morning cleaning shift the commont bathroom and toilet get dirty and it's not that appieling to go any more. Also the price for a towel is 2 euros extra and it's not even a good towel just a cloth.

no towels!!! It would be better if they group people in the same age in a room because there was a woman in our room that all time she complained and during night I could not sleep because of her snore!

I stayed at room 113 and there was loud noise in the very early morning. I did not get good rest so was unhappy about it!
